Hey, guys How are you? Hope you and your family is good. So, today I am going to tell you about '' My routine'' which will also help you to be comfortable in your daily life. So without weasting any time let's start.
First of all you have to fix a time to get up in the morning like wise I always get up in 6 A.M in the morning. When you fix your time to get up then get up regularly on that time. Then I become fresh and brush my teeth under 5 minutes. Then I go for a morning walk for 30 minutes for a good health. You can choose your any time for your morning walk. Then I do some exercise for 15 minutes. And meditate for 10 to 15 minutes to keep our body and mind fit. Then my parents make my breakfast for me and I my break without any time limite. Then I go for some reading 'general knowledge' book to gain knowledge or you can watch news or anything. Then I have my food and go to my school in time. Or you can set alarm to do these things.
When you reach in your office or school. You have to talk with your friends or other employes in a simple way to gain respect of others. When I come home after my job or school then I have my lunch within 15 to 20 minutes. Within this time I became fresh and have my lunch. And go to do my homework. You can complete you work without any time limit. And have your dinner. And go to sleep.
